Salary range: $40-$43
30 hours
Monday through Friday with weekends as needed
Weekend rotation
possibly floating to neighboring sites
The Taylor Communities are Independent and Assisted Living They both have a nursing floor for the Taylor Residents only where we can be involved from start to finish with each resident improving, and returning to their apartments where we continue to see them at that level. The campus has 400 beds: LTC unit, AL, ILF. 2 Licensed buildings with AL and another AL/LTC unit and AL dementia unit. ILF consists of private homes, cottages and condo type bldg which also houses the pool and fitness center. A very active ILF community with off site trips, sports tournaments and many other amenities. Full time Activity dept staff for the Licensed buildings that offer off site trips/activities often corroborated with Rehab Services. A 10+yr contract relationship with this community that considers Powerback Rehab part of the Taylor Community Team with inclusion to Rehab employees (TC apparel, staff appreciation days, special meals/activities). A cohesive Leadership team with long standing relationships with TC Administration and DOR/Rehab team
