Is Intuites a legitimate staffing company?
Yes. Intuites has been in business since 2011, providing IT, engineering and healthcare staffing to clients throughout the United States.
Are your recruiters real people?
Yes. Every recruiter here is a person, not an automated system — real people helping real people find the role they need.
A recruiter contacted me and I am not sure they are really from Intuites. How can I verify?
When in doubt, do not share anything with the caller. Send your details to healthcare@intuites.healthcare instead. Our recruiters can retrieve your details from that inbox, so nothing is lost — and you know for certain who you are dealing with.

Does Intuites cover travel, meals and lodging?
On a travel assignment, yes — we pay a GSA-approved stipend to reimburse travel, meals and lodging. Stipends do not apply to local assignments.
Will Intuites help me find accommodation?
We can share listings and links based on what you are looking for. The final decision on where to stay is always yours — every professional’s circumstances are different, and we do not place anyone in housing they have not chosen themselves.
Timesheets
How do I submit my timesheet?
The process depends on the facility you are working at — each one uses its own system. Check with the facility at the start of your assignment so you know the procedure before your first timesheet is due.
I have not been given timesheet access yet. What should I do?
Speak to your supervisor at the facility — they can arrange access and walk you through it. If you have already worked hours without access, you may need to submit a missed punch request so those hours are recorded.
Pay
When will I be paid for the hours I work?
Hours worked Sunday through Saturday are paid on the Friday of the following week.
For example: hours worked Sunday 2 August 2026 through Saturday 8 August 2026 are paid on Friday 14 August 2026.
What time on Friday will the payment arrive?
It can arrive at any point during the day — the timing depends on your bank. Accounts with national banks such as Bank of America, Chase and Wells Fargo typically receive funds earlier than accounts with regional banks and credit unions.
My payment has not arrived by Friday evening. What should I do?
Tell us — that normally means something has gone wrong somewhere in the chain. Email accounting_team@intuites.healthcare or message your recruiter, and we will trace it and put it right as quickly as we can.
I think there is a discrepancy in my pay. What should I do?
Let us know and we will check it. Email accounting_team@intuites.healthcare with the pay period in question, or message your recruiter. We will work out what happened and correct it as quickly as we can.
Travel assignments
How long is a typical travel nursing assignment?
Most contracts run 13 weeks. Eight-week and 26-week assignments exist, and many contracts are extended when the facility still needs cover. Ask your recruiter how likely an extension is before you accept — it changes the housing decision.
How do travel nurse housing stipends work?
A housing and meals stipend is paid on top of the hourly rate when you keep a permanent tax home and work away from it. The amounts follow the GSA per-diem tables for the assignment location. Whether the stipend is tax-free depends on your own circumstances — the IRS rules on tax homes are specific — so confirm with a tax professional before you rely on it.
Can I work in another state on my current nursing licence?
If your primary state of residence is a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) member and you hold a multistate licence, you can practise in any other compact state without a new licence. Non-compact states need a single-state licence by endorsement, which can take several weeks — tell your recruiter early and we will help with the paperwork.
How do I become a travel CNA?
Hold an active CNA certification in the state you will work in and have at least a year of recent facility experience — most facilities ask for it before they will accept a traveller. Once you meet that, apply to any open CNA posting on our job board and a recruiter will walk you through credentialing.
