What we collect, why, where it goes, and how to have it removed.

Who we are

What we collect, and why
- Job applications. Your name, email, phone number, LinkedIn profile if you give it, your résumé, and the posting you applied to. Used to consider you for that role and similar ones, and to contact you about them.
- Recruiter verification. When you use our verification form: your name, phone, email, date of birth, the last four digits of your Social Security number, an optional copy of your driver’s licence, and the name and email of the person who contacted you. Used only to confirm whether that person works for us and, if they do, to pass your details to them. If they do not, we forward nothing and we tell you so. Uploaded ID files are stored privately and are never published or indexed.
- Contact, referral and quick-match forms. The details you type in, used to answer you or to process the referral.
- Newsletter. Your email address, if you subscribe. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.
- Site usage. Pages viewed, approximate region derived from your IP address, browser type and referring page — collected by Google Analytics and by our own visit log, and used in aggregate to see what is read and to show visitor counts. We do not use this to identify you.
- Bot protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your IP address and browser signals to tell people from automated traffic.
Who processes it for us
Your data is stored and processed in the United States by providers acting on our instructions: our web host, Supabase (application database), Google Analytics, Cloudflare (Turnstile), MailerLite (newsletter), our applicant tracking system, and our email provider. Placing you in a role means sharing your application with the healthcare facility concerned — only with your agreement, for that specific role.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Applications and verification records are kept while they are relevant to placing you and for as long as employment and record-keeping laws require. Raw visit-log entries are aggregated and not kept indefinitely. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Cookies
One first-party cookie remembers your colour-theme choice. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to distinguish visitors; you can block them with your browser or a content blocker and the site works the same.
Your choices
Email contact@intuites.healthcare to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer within 30 days. State privacy laws may give you additional rights; we honour them regardless of where you live.
Children
This site is for working healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
We update the date at the top when this policy changes, and note material changes on this page for 30 days afterwards.
