How to check it’s really us

Every Intuites recruiter emails from an @intuites.healthcare address — never a gmail, never a lookalike domain. That is the one thing somebody using our name cannot fake.
Check before you send, not after. Put their name and email in the form here and we will tell you whether that person works for us. It takes a minute, and it is the only check that reaches someone who can actually answer.
Ask them to put the request in writing from their @intuites.healthcare address. A real recruiter won’t mind at all. Someone using our name will find a reason not to.
Nothing we do is so urgent that you can’t check first. “The offer expires tonight” is a pressure tactic, not a hiring process — and no genuine recruiter here will push back on you taking a minute to verify them.

HIPAA privacy & how we handle what you send

Intuites Healthcare Staffing LLC is fully committed to following HIPAA Privacy rules. Your information is collected and stored securely, over an encrypted connection, in a private database readable only by Intuites staff.

Any ID you upload goes to private storage. It is never made public, never indexed, and never attached to an email leaving our domain.

What the HIPAA Privacy Rule actually says

The HIPAA Privacy Rule establishes national standards to protect individuals’ medical records and other individually identifiable health information (collectively defined as “protected health information”), and applies to health plans, health care clearinghouses, and those health care providers that conduct certain health care transactions electronically.

The Rule requires appropriate safeguards to protect the privacy of protected health information, and sets limits and conditions on the uses and disclosures that may be made of such information without an individual’s authorization.

The Rule also gives individuals rights over their protected health information, including rights to examine and obtain a copy of their health records, to direct a covered entity to transmit to a third party an electronic copy of their protected health information in an electronic health record, and to request corrections.
