Who these terms are between

You, and Intuites Healthcare Staffing LLC (“Intuites”, “we”), 1740 Grassland Parkway, Ste 405, Alpharetta, GA 30004. They cover this website, intuites.healthcare, and the forms on it. They do not replace any employment, contractor or client agreement you sign with us — those documents govern the work itself.

Job listings

Postings are synced from our applicant-tracking system and from client facilities, and change daily. A listing is an invitation to apply, not an offer of employment. Pay figures shown are the rates we have at the time of posting; the full package for any role is confirmed by your recruiter before you are submitted to a facility. We correct errors when we find them, but we cannot promise every listing is current at the moment you read it.

Applying

By applying you confirm the information you give is accurate and yours to give. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or a placement. Every placement is subject to licence verification, credentialing, background checks where the facility requires them, and the facility’s own approval.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, copy or republish the job listings or articles in bulk without written permission. Sharing a link is always fine.
• Do not submit applications, referrals or verification requests on someone else’s behalf without their consent.
• Do not attempt to bypass the bot protection on our forms, probe the site for vulnerabilities, or interfere with its operation.
• Do not use our name, logo or the intuites.healthcare domain to represent yourself as an Intuites recruiter. If someone has done this to you, tell us.

Content and intellectual property

The text, design, logo and images on this site belong to Intuites or are used under licence. Blog articles are written by the Intuites Recruiting Team and may be produced with the help of AI tools; they are general career information for healthcare professionals, not legal, tax or medical advice. Anything that affects your licence, your taxes or your contract should be confirmed with the relevant board, a tax professional, or your recruiter.

Third-party sites

We link to job boards, licensing bodies, GSA per-diem tables and similar resources. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.
